I'm so glad you're here. I’m Coach Lauren (Lo), and I get it—alcohol had taken on way too many roles in my life. Whether I was happy, stressed, celebrating, or unwinding, it was always part of the equation. It wasn’t that I had a “problem” with alcohol, but it was doing too much heavy lifting in my day-to-day, and I knew something needed to change.

But here’s the thing: I changed my relationship with alcohol, and so can you. Whether you’re just curious about cutting back or ready to make a bigger shift, I’m here to help you navigate this journey. It’s not about perfection or giving up everything you love—it’s about creating a life where alcohol is small and irrelevant, and you’re free to live fully on your own terms.

My 1 : 1 sessions are perfect if you're looking to make alcohol small and irrelevant in your life. My program will take you on a beautiful journey of self-discovery with my full support and guidance every step of the way. These sessions will fill your toolbox full of the tools, tips and tactics for making alcohol a take it or leave it and...spoiler alert...you'll leave it by choice, not willpower.

What exactly is Life Coaching & why would I sign up for it?

Life coaching is about helping you unlock your potential and make meaningful changes in your life. As your coach, I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you to reach your goals—whether that’s improving your relationship with alcohol, navigating personal or professional transitions, or simply finding more clarity and confidence in your day-to-day. Life coaching provides a fresh perspective, personalized strategies, and accountability to keep you moving forward. It’s not about fixing you; it’s about helping you grow into the best version of yourself. So, if you’re ready to make a change or just want some extra guidance, life coaching can give you the tools to get there!

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

I currently offer 8, 12 & 16 week programs with 1 hour a week of Zoom, based on individual goals and needs. Whichever time frame you sign up for, the program is tailored specifically to you.

How does your program (method) differ from AA?

My coaching practice focuses on changing the emotion of the substance and how you want to feel about it, as opposed to just changing the behavior. My practice is compassion-led & science-based. No room for blame or shame.
