Life coaching is focused on helping you identify and achieve your personal goals. There's typically 1-on-1 sessions with a trained life coach who provides guidance, support, and accountability. Coaches use a variety of techniques and tools to help clients gain clarity, set actionable goals, and develop strategies to overcome challenges. My coaching process is highly personalized, tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations, and it empowers clients to make positive changes in their lives. Outcomes for individuals receiving coaching are significantly improved from those who don't have such a support structure.
I currently offer 8, 12 & 16 week programs with 1 hour a week of Zoom, based on individual goals and needs. Whichever time frame you sign up for, the program is tailored specifically to you.
My coaching practice focuses on changing the EMOTION of the substance (i.e. you never think about alcohol) as opposed to just changing the behavior (i.e. using willpower to get through each day). My practice is led with compassion and grace, with no room for labels or shame.
